You are at your own. We call for help, we recived text massage only and no one never show up to help us to fix the problem we call for. "our stay at the mondrian was my birthday getaway so i was very excited to celebrate in cancun. the staff was friendly & welcoming. the hotel is well maintained & clean. it is a gated community w/ security so we felt extremely safe. the shows at night were entertaining. breakfast was great. i wish there was a bit variety when it comes to the lunch menu since it was the same food served daily. dinner was a bit of a let down. when we booked, there were 4 restaurants advertised & when we got there, there was only 2 (japanese & mediterranean). for my actual bday we ended up going off the resort to celebrate bc we only had 2 cuisine options. we don’t eat mediterranean so most of our nights were spent at nikos, which thankfully the food was delicious. the temperature of the room was also a little issue as the lowest the ac would go was 70 and overall the room felt rather hot. the beach shuttle also runs every 30 min which is a long wait in my opinion for a car ride that is only 5-7 min away. i think the shuttle should run more often. overall we had a lovely & quiet stay"

"Pretty decent resort for the price you’re paying. The staff were very attentive to anything that was requested. Only thing was that the drinks are too watered down or not made with good quality liquor but that’s what you get at these types of resorts. The parties are pretty lame, weird music selection."

"We absolutely love the Haven. The staff are amazing and the food was delicious. Our concierge Nacho always goes above and beyond and is a true credit to the hotel. Caesar at the serenity pool is great and he can’t do enough for everyone. We loved our stay as always and will be back in February."
