At issue; It started at 12:30 am with a loud vulgar drinking party next door that only grew louder. With karaoke party even a party of two more that pounded on their door demanding entrance at three am. We did call the front desk and reported it. Night watch came ant 1 am and asked them to turn down the music, which was short lived!! I’ll never stay there again. Nor will we ever use Expedia again! The laminate floors were cracked and deteriorating. There was cumulative dirt along all the baseboards. The bathroom was disgusting - the tub was dirty and the bathroom window had mould all around it. The bathroom door had a hole in it and there was no latch on the door It smelled unclean and damp. We bought a stay for 2 adults, arrived there and turned out, we cannot stay as there has been a policy change since the last time we were there. We are out more that $200 because we arrived at midnight and it was too late to initiate a refund.
