Walking through the ancient stone corridors and peaceful courtyards, I could feel the soul of Antigua all around me. Every corner tells a story, and every detail feels thoughtfully preserved and lovingly presented. The museum exhibits are fascinating and diverse, blending colonial art, archaeological treasures, and contemporary pieces in a way that feels natural and inspiring. I loved how the ruins themselves are part of the display — it makes the history feel alive rather than distant. The gardens are breathtaking, perfect for slowing down, reflecting, and simply soaking in the atmosphere. It’s one of those rare places where you don’t feel rushed; instead, you’re invited to wander and truly connect. What made my visit especially memorable was the sense of calm and wonder I felt throughout the entire experience. Casa Santo Domingo manages to be grand yet intimate, educational yet deeply emotional. I left feeling inspired, grateful, and completely in love with Guatemala’s rich cultural heritage. This is a must-visit in Antigua — a place I would happily return to again and again. "
