"Staff absolutely wonderful. Beautiful bar area. The room which was described as executive twin was abit disappointing. More of a standard twin. It was on the top floor so had slanted roof, small windows and on the small side. But comfy beds and great shower. "

"We booked for 2 nights and the first night we had a few issues with our room and when I spoke to the Manager she was very accommodating and did her best to resolve these and gave us a free room upgrade. Great management"

"Perfect location in town, car park short walk away. Hotel bar was lovely. Perfect for what we needed. Walls a bit thin so can hear people in the corridor or next door if they are being loud. But we weren’t spending much time in the hotel other than to sleep so this did not bother us. "

"Fabulous hotel. 5 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and 12 minutes walk to Manchester Apollo. Room was spacious and spotless. Lovely comfy beds. Would definitely stay again."
