The Front Desk attendant which also made the coffee (great job!) & set up the continental breakfast was extremely courteous & helpful. The property and rooms are very clean, bed & bedding are new & very comfortable, king room was surprisingly spacious. Bathroom was very clean but needs a refresh, toilet was loose from the base but otherwise it was the best spent $70\. for a good night sleep along our roadtrip. Dust, spiders in our room. We have a non smoking room but you can smell smoke from others room. We were hoping this would be good for us but not so much. When we got to the room, the air was not on so it was very very hot. We had to wait awhile for the room temp to get to a good comfortable sleeping temp and with young kids, it was harder for them to cool off and go to sleep. The bathroom had tiles that were not all the way down to the floor and you could easily cut yourself on one of them. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness of everything. We got a roll away for our youngest and it was really not good quality at all but we made it work.
