“It's not a bad place.
But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs.
Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee.
That's why it wasn't value for money.
The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”

“This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around.
Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very comfortable and quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep.”

“Friendly guy on reception but took over an hour to check in as there were many guests waiting to be checked in at 3pm
Very manual process of finding the guest on the paper list then issuing the door key
My room was not supplied with toilet paper so I had to go to reception and ask for a roll
Bins were not empty from the previous day”

“My partner and I recently spent 5 nights at the Coach House, a quaint property in a peaceful village location but with easy access to both Bristol and Bath.
The owner was incredibly welcoming and the property was immaculately clean throughout and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending the property and would happily stay here anytime we are in the area.”
