Beautiful apartment, Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Number 8 bus route nearby great for exploring further afield or even getting to/from Temple Meads Station. Instructions on check in/out clear, however you do not receive these automatically as expected had to confirm personal details again through ‘Your Apartment’ links. I would have rated this highly but felt let down by poor maintenance, broken remote control, we replaced batteries however still not working, we did report this on arrival and they did replace this later in the evening, but then we didn’t have Netflix or smart tv, just limited free view. The next morning when trying to cook breakfast dealt with broken bin which falls apart when use it, broken oven with a plastic piece that comes away so it doesn’t get hot enough, hob didn’t work in lite of following limited instructions in incomplete guide to apartment and searching online for a user guide so couldn’t cook which defeats having self catering option, especially for this 4 night stay, there was also a broken plastic shelf in fridge which would limit what you can store. I was staying with just my two children so didn’t feel comfortable chasing up all of these issues whilst meant to be on a break enjoying ourselves, especially after my husband had reported tv issue on arrival when he dropped us off. This was such a shame as it’s a lovely well located apartment. Really spoilt our visit as had wanted to cook breakfasts and evening meals.
