“The views at sunset are amazing. Communication with Roberto was always super fast responding. The house is actually split into two rentals. The washer and dryer is on the front porch of the backside rental which made it kind of odd to enter the other property’s gate and go onto their porch to get laundry. I realize it’s desert but wish the grounds inside the fence were cleaned and accessible. Be prepared for bugs and spiders. Shower is a small corner shower, wish that was larger and I’m petite.……

“Single female traveler with a doggo; this rental was perfect for my 9-day stay in Kingman. The duplex was sparkling clean and had all the amenities of home. I felt safe and comfortable in the unit and walking around the neighborhood. The mattress and bedding were a stand-out; soft, cozy, and more elevated than what I've experienced in other rentals. Communication with the host was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.”

“The place was perfect for me and my two small dogs. Every thing was clean. Great bed, bathroom was great with walk-in shower, nice size sofa, and wonderful kitchen. Nice yard for the dogs, and nice patio to sit out on. Really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.”

“I was super excited to be able to walk around this area of Kingman and see all of the fantastic shops, breweries and restaurants. I checked them out and had excellent food and service. There is also a park nearby with a train to explore and you get the feeling of old time Kingman with the historic buildings around . This is a really cute place to stay, nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable and I would definitely stay again..”

“The Desert Owl is very nice little house. All the little touches that make a house a home. Kitchen is well stocked. It slept a family of 7 comfortably. I am told even the futons we comfortable. The sunrise, sunset and especially the stars were amazing. You have to remember that you are in the middle of nowhere. I would suggest getting to the place before night as the area is very dark and it gets dark quickly. Driving to Dolan Springs we were wondering what we got our selves into but was……
