"Enjoyed this property, was very clean and easy check in. The only issue we had was the spa not heating past 93, when communicating with the owner they were unable to reach the pool guy at that time, which was understandable. Very disappointing since this was one of the reasons we rented this property. The owner reached out to me the next day apologizing and stated they would send a gift card for the inconvenience, 2 weeks later and I haven’t received. "

"This house was big and comfortable and perfect for 2 couples - we each had our own living space!! This place sleeps way more than 4 but I can only speak for us.Beds were comfy, seating was ample, the balconies were a great place to have morning coffee and evening dinners. The wind was really ripping throughout our stay so we spend a lot of time on those balconies trying to stay out of the wind.Pretty much all the amenities in and out were provided. Very clear communication between myself and the vacation management group. Only bummer is the pool cannot be heated, but we were told that during booking. So we did not use the pool. There were a few small issues we ran into but the management group was so quick to respond with instructions and communication. We would love to stay here again! "

"One STAR is even too much. 1 Star. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the home was not clean and had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property. In the bathrooms, we found hair in the showers and visible hair on the toilet. The floors were sticky, and there was old food/debris present.Under the beds, we discovered wrappers, heavy dust buildup, and insects, which raised serious cleanliness concerns. The back bedroom bed was not made, and there were dirty socks left on the mattress.The backyard was also in poor condition. Everything appeared dirty, and the BBQ grill had noticeable old food residue, looking as though it had not been cleaned in a very long time.Additionally, several curtains were ripped and hanging from the rods, and multiple blinds were broken. The odor inside the home was severe enough to cause nausea.We contacted the host immediately but received no response. VRBO support was also contacted, and they were unable to get a hold of the host as well. Due to the condition of the property and lack of communication, we cannot recommend this home. I have pictures and videos. I’m gonna upload them as well. Do not rent this house. I don’t know what everyone else was raving about this. Home was disgusting and it was in the ghetto."
