“It is a cottage at the top of a mountain, complete with mountain roads and beautiful views no matter which way is taken to get there. The cottage feels bigger than it looks and everything was cozy and nicely done. It was not the height of the season for the area I think, so it was quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed spending time there between family visits.”

“Charming retreat with all the necessities provided. We loved the porch and the view of the woods and mountains. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the Townsend area. ”

“There are boutique shops nearby, great restaurants to choose from. Great for young peeps. My only 2 issues were the noise from Bella restaurant below (only Saturday night - but i go to bed early) and 2nd I wish they had a little bit of cover up on balcony patio (to cover a/c units) - Could have some growing ivy plants to block eyesore (but I'm nit picking). Also, patio chairs to sit in. All and all great location for downtown Maryville. ”

“Great place in my mind could have used ac or say in list no ac. Was a small fan not great for dead of summer heat”
