“All of the nice things said by other reviewers about this place are absolutely true. It is a nice facility, the service is top Notch and the on-site restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The only negatives during our stay were a shower that would only get lukewarm and Wi-Fi that was always less than one Mbps. Note that this little town is over 11,000 ft. elevation, so be prepared for the high altitude.”

“La vue sur la montagne est magnifique et les chambres très propres et lits confortables. Les nuits sont froides mais on nous a offert une chauferette portative très utile. Si il y avait un tapis au plancher ce serait encore mieux. Le stationnement est sécuritaire et le village très calme. J’avais réservé une nuit et je suis resté e plus d’une semaine. Le canyon du Colca regorge de site à visiter (gratuit en plus) et le soleil est toujours au rendez-vous”
“The worst “hotel” imaginable. Staff have no idea what they’re doing. No wifi (i mean who needs wifi). I was told to be ready at 6 am
sharp for transport to the city. It never came. The hotel reception said that in Peru when we say 6 am we really mean 7 am. Unbelievable. I only woke up at 5 am and was there 15 minutes early. I had to hitch a ride with another couple’s driver (pure luck) to get to the city, My driver is still probably on his way. The worst part is in my haste I left behind my hat.……
