The hotel decided to charge the stay the day before I was scheduled to arrive, even though Expedia clearly said: "pay on-site." They were very rude and canceled my reservation, even though the Expedia agent said they would not. If their policy is to charge prior to the stay, they should state that.

Nice and clean. Great location. Helpful front desk. Breakfast items were ok, nothing special, but several people off the street walked in to grab food. Didn’t feel very secure or sanitary.

This was just a very unique building and a nice place to stay. We had a Corner Room which was really cool. The staff was really kind and helpful. Kisha specifically.

Nice newer property within two blocks of Fountain Square. Would stay again. Staff very professional and helpful. They were top notch. Room we had on 3rd floor had a lot of vehicle noise from street. Self parked for $7.00.
