The PTAC unit in our room was not putting out cold air so it was very hot in our room and there was nothing we could do about it and when we informed the front desk about it, she seemed to care less and just went on popping her face pimples in front of us

This was a disappointing stay since others averaged it at 4 stars. Issues: hallways apparently not air conditioned, water from tap 95-100 degrees, breakfast area crammed tight for space, tables went uncleaned while service person was leaning against wall scrolling on phone, restroom in public area had water (pee) all over toilet and floor, mold around tiles in our bathroom, toilet paper roll added on wall so when you stood up your shoulder bumped it, no place to set and open luggage. It was the kinds of issues you’d expect from a $69 a night hotel.

Most of the rooms smell bad and some bad noises We have to go through three rooms that smell a little better carpets are very old pictures on the website are touched they Don reflect the reality 8.6 it’s fake Probable 2 would be fare Breakfast is until 9 at night don’t expect the reception to pick up the phone on and on

When we got there to check in the older guy working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. We got there late after a long day at kings island. We got to our room, you could visibly tell the floors hadn’t been swept and the toilet was not clean.. but the bed was nicely made and clean and everything else was decent… when we went down for breakfast in the morning at 8am the fridge that is supposed to have breakfast food was empty. Really the only choices were cereal, eggs, waffles, a couple baked goods, apples and oranges. Nothing was stocked and the woman working told other guests that they weren't bringing anything else out.

This property was unsafe, dirty, and unacceptable. The bedsheets were dirty. The windows did not lock. There were cobwebs on the walls and ceiling. The bathroom floor was not cleaned. There were people going around outside, banging on windows
