“Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location. It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……

“Great fitness center! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Housekeeping was a bit delayed and I couldn't get more coffee cups to my room until I asked. Luckily, Starbucks is nearby. Great location, walkable to everything, but expensive valet parking. If you fly in, get an Uber to this hotel because you won't need your car! If you do, use the public lot next door to save 50%. Front desk staff AMAZINGLY helpful! All the staff I spoke to was very friendly. Lots of good restaurants all around this……
