“We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. ”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice view of Reds stadium. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Checked in on a Saturday. Asked for fresh towels and washcloths on Sunday morning. Got back late Sunday and never received them. I had to go get them. Since cleaning is every other day, I didn't say anything on Monday morning. Got back late Monday and housekeeping never showed up again. Went and got my own towels and washcloths again. I was told housekeeping supervisor would contact me Tuesday and that housekeeping would definitely clean on Tuesday. Guess what...still no housekeeping when we got……

“The property and hotel were nice. We had a noon checkout time and had the maids knocking on our door at 8:45am wanting in to clean. They then stood outside the door in the hallway until we were out. Also they started cleaning/putting away the breakfast items before they were supposed to. Front desk just said they would notify management. Not ok in my book.”

“Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!”

“In Cincinnati for a show, and stayed here for one night. Hotel was very nice! The location was perfect. Right next to Newport on the Levee and direct access to Purple People Bridge to take you across to Cincinnati River front. Our room layout had the bathroom “behind” the beds with a wall separating the two areas. Nice to have a little privacy between the two areas. Great option when staying in Cincinnati!”
