“The room was very uncleanly. The bathtub was nasty, the toilet was dirty. The floor was disgusting I wouldn't dare walk without my shoes on. The air condition worked well. The parking was okay. The staff very, very friendly. However, it said breakfast included. There was no breakfast provided at all outside of just coffee. That is not my idea of breakfast. I don't drink coffee. I would not stay there again for the price that I was charged. But as I said, the staff was very friendly.”

I was not notified by Expedia nor red roof ends who owns the property. “Booked this hotel happy for it to be pet friendly. However, we were NOT expecting a long term living facility with multiple loose dogs running around. The smoking spot was at the end of the building where there were many people hanging out, 20 or so "residents". You don't see any of this at first because the office is at the opposite end.
