It was very nice. There was a musty smell by the bar area. Otherwise everything else was clean.
Peyton checked us in and was very courteous. He assisted us in anything we needed or asked about. He's is a really good employee. I do believe there should be a full service restaurant there. The breakfast choice was not good at all. We didn't eat there because there wasn't much food out. For $15 ...
There was a lot more space in the room than I was expecting. A very pleasant surprise! I felt very relaxed and taken care of. The bed was super comfortable and even the temperature was just right.
I liked that it was in an old bank and that the property decor was modern and in a good location.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and if I had a problem they were quick to fix it.
In good place downtown near baseball park. We were walking distance to great restaurants!
The staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and quiet. Parking garage did not have any signage on how to get inside hotel so we walked around for a bit before we could find actual entrance.
The property was in an ideal location in downtown Cincinnati. It was also located close to other restaurants and places to go in downtown. The full kitchen and suite fit our needs. Would stay there again.
I loved the room, and everyone was very nice. The location of the hotel was perfect
