“Was in town to catch a game at Great American Ballpark, Hampton Inn Newport. The hotel was a short walk over the bridge and was absolutely the best move I made when looking for a room. The room was clean and the amenities were top notch. If I’m ever in the area again I’ll most definitely stay here again.”

“Ms Debbie was very helpful on arrival planning transportation to the Reds game. Hopped on the TANK shuttle right in front of the property and we walked back using the Purple People Bridge-it was beautiful. Parking was easy. Breakfast was just okay, the seating area was spacious and nice though.”

“Elevators were god awful slow, and the price for a coffee in the lobby is crazy other then that it’s what you expect from a hotel in the price range”

TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Overall, my stay was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Good breakfast. Elevators were dirty both days of my stay. I was surprised there was no bar of soap for washing hands in the room. Also, I had a conjoined room and I could hear the people in the other room very easily as the sound carried on the hard floor and through the single door with ease. Kinda odd there wasn’t more privacy or sound protection between the rooms. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and will……

“The entire property was unique every room was composer themed. It was very well maintained for the age and style of the property. There was live music at the bar when we arrived back at the hotel from an evening out. And of course you have chandeliers in a nice parking garage like that”
