“Contento por haber reservado una noche de estadía en esta gran propiedad, desde la bienvenida, un ambiente cálido y cordial, la habitación cómoda, limpia y con A/C funcionando perfectamente, el desayuno vino incluido en la tarifa. La zona donde esta ubicada la hostal, muy segura y cerca de todo, accesible en uber y en una zona muy central para mis actividades. Volveré sin duda y tomare mas dias acá.”

“The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. The wifi worked well and the bedrooms had smart tvs so i was able to watch Netflix. Well stocked kitchen, warm shower and lots of security cameras. Heavy locked gates for added security. Beautiful terrace to look at the city. A couple things you should be aware of, 3rd floor no elevator but easy stairs and the shower floor is extremely slippery. Traffic noise in the morning but nothing crazy loud in my opinion. I slept well and had a great……

“Hotel is unlabelled from the outside so may feel uncomfortable at night to find. Ring the buzzer under the light. Third building back from corner. ”

“I was not aware this was a "luxury" hostel until I arrived. There was no front desk staff, but there was a very helpful person available via WhatsApp. That person arranged shuttle transportation to and from the airport. The room had everything I needed for an overnight stay during a layover in Guayaquil. ”

“Lovely, small, family run hotel. Nothing fancy but excellent price, clean and the staff is very helpful.”

“We stay here anytime that we have a late arrival or early flight from Ecuador. They are always helpful when we are looking for something. There is a traditional Ecuadorian family type restaurant 100 feet from the hotel and several rental car agencies a couple of hundred meters from there. And naturally my daughter loves the pool. ”
