"What I liked about the place was it was very clean,m and neat. I arrived earlier than 3 o’clock check-in and the hostess let me in early and helped me take my luggage upstairs. Very convenient to restaurants and it was in walking distance to beach ,also I could have walked to the port terminal if I did not have heavy luggage. I will definitely book this guest house again."

"This hotel was a great location for a stay for 1 night before a cruise. Room was clean and property was nice . This hotel is 6 rooms in an apartment building right across from the museum . There are no sighns outside. You enter the building and have to go up one flight and the door is right there with a small sign on the door. I will say that they asked for an arrival time but we were unsure of our arrival time plus we missed a train in Rome - when we arrived the door was locked and we had to ask neighbors to call . I finally figured out how to text number ( from is phone to Italian phone ) and they said they were on his way . We waited 30 minutes. After traveling for 2 days we were very tired and upset. They were apologetic and if I knew my arrival time it would have maybe been avoided . It’s was still a great stay ."

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air con was nice and cool. Shower had good water pressure. The only negative is that the soap was a tiny little bar and too small to bathe with. We were able to buy shower gel very near by, so the issue was solved easily. There are many restaurants within close walking distance and the Michael Angelo forte was a half block away. Great location before a cruise and they offered transportation to the ship for 10 euros each. The next time we sale from Civivetchia we will stay again. Excellent choice!"

"All above excellent. It starts on second floor but has left which is accessible with key on room keys. Only issues with room was bed low to ground but excellent foam mattress with great sleep"
