“The young lady at the desk said there would be popcorn at 5 … we left at 5 to pick up take-out … returned, still no popcorn. No elevator so we had to lug up luggage to second floor. Thermostat in room didn’t seem to work … air conditioner, which made more than a little noise, ran all night. We didn’t need heating, but the heat register on the wall is falling off the wall. The water flows violently from the water faucet, but is a mix of spraying and flowing, making it difficult to shave and brush……
