The room (King Bed, Accessible) comes with 1 set of desk, wheeled chair, fridge, TV, microwave, drawer, and a safe. The quality of those furniture are neither good or bad, but the variety of options is good. Considering the price point (roughly $85 a night for early/mid August), these were a pretty solid plus for this hotel.
Location is also quite good, with several businesses nearby within a 10-minute walking distance. The university is about 10-minute drive away, but for those without a car, MTD Bus 10 Gold takes you directly there, while 11 Ruby drops you off at Lincoln Square, which you can transfer to 5W Green, 6W Orange, or 13S Silver to get you to campus.
Breakfast is quite limited. While one should note that this is complementary and thus not expected to be "good," even then, you have basically 3 things to eat (scrambled eggs, tater tots or french fries, and sausage patties) along with some cereal and a single type of small muffins. Fruits/vegetables were usually not present, and only an apple may be seen on an occasion. Desert is a rotation between biscuit & gravy or pancakes with maple syrup.
Housekeeping is on-request, and unless a request is made, they will not restock towels or toiletry. Sheets had some stains and floor not vacuumed. Cleaning staff seems limited.
