Room 926 was simply amazing. I wanted to surprise my wife with a high floor downtown city view and the hotel staff made it possible.
I wanted to give a special thanks to Aisha the Assistant GM and Amanda. Both of these ladies were amazing host. Both my wife and I were so touched by their kindness and amazing customer service. We look forward to our next visit.
My wife and I want to also send a special shout out to the amazing Hispanic lady who took our rooom number down at breakfast. She is a very helping and kind lady.

The cable service was horrible. This was all over the hotel. It would play for a couple of minutes then there was a message that it was either a weak signal or a scramble channel. So no TV. When we complained they said they had been having this issue for some time and can’t seem to resolve it. Staff was wonderful. The bedding was first rate. The room was clean. Breakfast like all hotel breakfasts. I would stay there again if the TV service was fixed.
