"The parking structure is shared with other businesses, and only certain parking spots are designated for The West End guests. However, the staff did not provide any guidance about which floors the designated parking spots are located on. We were assigned to Room #216, which is next to the laundry room, even though other rooms appeared to be available. I could barely sleep all night because of the noise from the laundry room."
