“I had to cut my stay short because of bedbugs and I have pictures of proof!. The manager at the hotel needs to learn about customer service, he was very rude and unprofessional! I truly believe if you paid for a service, and you can’t safely enjoy the service you paid for, you should be refunded . Am not trying to be mean but they changed my sheets one in 10 nights, towels have holes, and mattress is old with spots of blood stains, and other stains!.”
