Located near an industrial park right by the freeway but it was very quiet. Seemed like a safe area. Very green. Lots of foliage. Which the property offered more information about the area and nearby shopping.

The female desk clerk was unfriendly. They only clean the rooms every other day. We had to go downstairs to get clean towels. The wall made banging sounds everytime we ran the water. The pillows were so uncomfortable. Its located in a area that looked like an industrial area

The hot tub was not working and was advertised that it was. Our room key continually stopped working and had to get a new one 4 different times. Not conveniently located close to anything. The manager gave us a $50 comp for the whole stay. Not a very good place to stay.

The guy that checked us in was very unhelpful. He wouldn't run our Hiltons rewards, and he wouldn't do anything about the completely non- working shower in our room. Worn this heat and humidity we DEFINITELY needed showers!

My room was changed and then the whirlpool in our room didn’t work and they wouldn’t fix it or give us another room.. the inside pool was disgusting and the jacuzzi was dirty and empty!
