“We got in late after a day of traveling and were given an accessible room on the first floor. The room smelled musty but thought that maybe it hadn’t been stayed in recently. I should have requested another room at that point but we were exhausted and wanting a shower. The bathroom had a loose bar of soap on the counter and what seemed like watered down shampoo in the pumps installed in the shower. It was also clear that parts of the shower had not been cleaned with soap residue built up in the……

“I was promised to fit 5 people in our room, but there were only 2 queen size beds. They didn't even have a roll-out bed. My son had to sleep on the floor. Will make sure to never book this hotel in the future.”

“A comfortable stay, neat and clean, no complaints really. The window could be better equipped to prevent the street noise especially we were on the 2nd floor and next to the street side, it could be noisy sometimes due to passing traffic.”
