"It needs some updates and remodeling. The bathroom was clean, but the shower had very little pressure. The "breakfast" was not really breakfast. However the staff was polite and helpful in giving me a first floor room. The bed was comfortable. It was adequate for my business trip. "

"The young man that checked me in did not have a welcoming personality nor seemed to care about any of my questions. He was very flat and inattentive. "

"We have visited Carbondale multiple times as our daughter attends school there. This hotel is our "go to" place to stay...decent price for what you get...clean rooms, decent breakfast, and friendly staff."

"Parking was horrendous/non-existent. Noise around the hotel was terrible. There is only one elevator in the center of the building so depending on where your room is and where you park, you might end up walking really far to your room and then back and forth to your car...nightmare. Upon entering the room, a foul odor. Dishwasher was rancid. That got better after we ran it. Garbage disposal didn't work and was full of rotten food. "

"Our biggest issue was the air conditioning barely worked. It was very hot in the room, even when I set the AC to 60. The shower had stains, the trim was loose on the faucets, our pillows did not smell like they had been cleaned, and the staff when we checked in was very short with us and not personalable. And the lady when we checked out couldn’t pull her nose from her phone long enough to hear of our issues. The list goes on, but we will not be staying there again. "

"The house was nice. We said they need to put the TV out in the main living room. And TV room needs bunk beds put in there for more room to sleep. And advertise it’s just a 2/12 bathrooms not 3. Over all very nice place to stay."
