The lock to our room wouldn't work right, tried 3x before the only person working the front desk had to come up and help us. She said we had to pull on it, then use the card and then push hard... we still couldn't get it to work. When I arrived at the DoubleTree, I was treated very poorly by the night worker Andrew. He was very rude to me and told me he would have to charge me for 2 nights instead of 1, even though I already paid for the night I was arriving for. Thankfully management made it right in the morning but I don’t plan to stay here again. I recommend Hilton or Hampton Inn around the corner. MUCH better customer service.
