“It was a beautiful homey cabin nestled in the beauty of Sullivan County relaxing and comforting in the comforts of the past with amenities of today ! Just wish I had more time to have spent with my partner. ”

“Great location being right at the trailhead for hiking.”

“Definitely felt like a vacation property and not someone’s home. Very comfortable stay even though we were not able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities due to weather. Hankins is a very small and quiet town. Callicoon is nearby and has decent restaurants and small shops”

“My kids and I absolutely loved this house. The living space is so bright and full of natural light. The game room was a big hit!!”

“My friend and I stayed there for her 40th birthday and loved it! The host is friendly and responsive. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy. We really loved the creek in the backyard. We would like to plan another trip here.”

Paul and Chuck put a lot of hard work and love into this place. They included everything that was needed for a comfortable stay in an outdoors cabin, even things you wouldn't have considered in the first place. We were searching for a place to take a break from the city's atmosphere(the sound, the people, etc) and this place answered our needs for……
