This is not a place to take your family. The owner,manager and the managers wife were drunk at 11 at night. They were calling the police to kick people out. The ower also got in my wife faces and also threatened to kick my group (which had children) out on the streets. For parking where they told me to park because of lack of parking. My wife was woken up by the manager and his wife they were knocking loudly on the door of the person that was across the hall from our room. Yelling at them. The rooms are not what you expect for Red Lion. There where patched holes in the walls, also on the door of the bathroom, the toilet barely flushed. The carpet in the room was dirty. The carpet in the hall is bubbled and you will trip when walking. The place smells like smoke. But the receptionist was great. These are the pictures of these room we got. Bathroom so small you have to turn around in circles just to move around. Water pressure was nonexistent. Room smelled like wet carpet and dirt. Employees cook their food on site and it smells terrible. Ice machines don’t work, you have to use the one near the breakfast area. Breakfast was terrible. Getting in to town late and dealing with someone who’s getting frustrated with you while you’re trying to understand what she’s saying is not a good first impression. She made us wait in our car for half an hour while our reservation came in. This was not good either. We showed her our confirmation but no good. The room was filthy. Human bodily fluids were left on the headboard of the bed and both night stands. The room smelled weird. The coffee was see through. The milk at breakfast was spoiled. Both ice machines were broken. The tiny fridge didn’t work. Overall it was a terrible experience. And it looked like somebody had poured cereal down the toilet, and it wasn't clean if they did move me to another room. Both rooms were ground floor level and their windows. Do not lock so did not feel safe The second room was felt a little cleaner. They didn't have an indoor pool either. The breakfast was left wanting to say the least. They had waffle makings, there were literally two small things of yogurt in a small fridge, a couple pieces of bread and a couple bagels in a bread box and that was it. No fruit, eggs, meat, or cereal. The room was clean but only had one towel for a four people room so had to go get more and the hallways smelled pretty bad. We didn't eat the breakfasts we were either already gone for the day or got up after breakfast was over.
