The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The TV in the room was huge. The neighbourhood felt safe. The ice maker was broken. The showerhead was fine as long as you’re 5’5” or shorter.

Overall it was great. All staff are approachable and all smile. The accommodation is decent, though the building is old and needs renovation but money wise, It’s affordable and we just go there to sleep. Definitely we can come back and stay again .

Red Lion Post Falls is very conveniently located near the I90 Freeway and parking is easy. The check-in clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and had the standard amenities. The complimentary breakfast time was till 9am; however, by about 8:15 there were no muffins and not much fruit. The breakfast included no eggs, no bacon, no sausage--just bread for toast, waffles, yogurt, instant oatmeal and dry cereal. The breakfast "room" was the lobby and was small. Other than the disappointed breakfast, our stay was fine.

This is by far one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. The best thing I can actually say about it is that it had a parking lot. The place smelt bad, almost like mildew, the windows on the ground floor in the rooms didnt lock and instead had a stick keeping it closed, the bed was so old it had no cushion left, only springs, the tub had weird stains and chunks missing from it, random holes in the walls from poor instalation of a sprinkler system, my door to my room had the lock broken and just screwed back together, my bed sheets had someone's hair still in it. It's not worth the $89 I spent for the room, you're better off at a motel 6.

Pool water wasn’t nice(not clear) so I wouldn’t let the kids swim. We stayed for 5 nights and they never made beds or took out garbage even after being asked. Wasn’t the cleanest to begin with but bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

We stayed at the Red Lion for 3 nights while visiting Silverwood. The location was convenient, with the drive to the park taking less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel pool was not swimmable—the water was extremely cloudy and looked unclean, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The breakfast buffet was also a letdown. We went around 7:00 a.m., and most of the food was already gone. Staff does not refill the items, leaving the only option being waffles. We also requested housekeeping during our stay to bring fresh towels and empty our trash, but no one ever came. The location is the biggest positive, but the cleanliness, lack of housekeeping, and poor breakfast service made this a disappointing experience overall.

The room was pretty clean. The area around the entry door on the outside of the building was stacked with garbage. The room we were in was on the first floor. The people above us on second floor sounded like a herd of buffalo and every time a toilet was flushed or they used the shower, it sounded like a waterfall. Hard to sleep with so much noise.

We stayed only one night and had a function to go to so we weren't there much, and had to leave at 8:00 AM. We asked for a quiet room since we are light sleepers-and were pleased that the room was quiet. The carpet one the stairs and hallway was worn and didn't look as though it hadn't been vacuumed in awhile. In our room there was a candy wrapper on the floor between the bed and nightstand and more wrappers in the drawer of the nightstand, which made us wonder if how much attention was directed toward cleanliness. The staff were friendly enough and parking was easy.

Had a slight mix up as we checked in. They checked us into a room that was already occupied. The occupant was not very happy with this barging in on him. The next room was adequate, quiet and comfortable. The continental breakfast was an absolute failure. We went in a little after 8:00 and there was nothing edible. The waffle mix was Nell. And only thing that was there to eat was yogurt. When we brought it to the attendance attention she put everything like donuts, waffle mix so we would have something to eat. We were there for only one night but our chances of staying there again is probably small. Nice location easy to get into and get out of. Just a few little glitches makes a big difference when there are so many different places you can stay.
