Nice and comfortable

Very nice. Only complaint would be that the internet was not very good, it would go in and out. Nice comfortable beds, good size fridge, and a nice desk with a chair, as well as a microwave. No bath, but the washroom was big and the room was spacious as well. Tv was ancient, but no one really cared and we didn’t bother trying to make it work when it just came on blank. Pro tip; close the bathroom door at night and you won’t be disturbed by the sounds of water.

There was a problem with the tv & remote so we had to switch rooms after we wasted about an hour of our time. Otherwise it’s clean the pool is clean & it provides you with the basics for an affordable price. Housekeeping is nice!

Kiosk check in

Check in was via kiosk. Wasnt loud enough to hear. Had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Was not very helpful with amentied hotel may have offered. House keepers were very respectful and polite. Bed was lumpy but doable. Loud music was played from 0640am to 2200 at night. Carpet was stained. Paint peeling off door but wasnt expecting much just wanted a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Not worth the price

The AC was amazing. The room was freezing, just how I like it. My only complaint was not having more than 2 towels for 4 guests. I requested towels and never got them to the room. I waited for a while and then had to go about my day and there were no additional towels upon return. The room was clean and check in / check out was very easy. The virtual staff agent was pleasant upon check in.

Room was clean enough. Kitchenette was lacking any useful amenities, only offered plastic drink cups, no coffee maker, dishes, cookware only a microwave. Fridge was excellent. Outside not well kept.

The room was spacious, and had a lot more in it than I expected. Loved the kitchen. I could see myself comfortably live here.

Had to leave early. Only stayed the one night because it was so late after leaving scarywood, and didn't want to try and find another hotel in the dark and so late. Rouches. A lot of them in our room. When we originally tried to check in, it was standard check in times. There wasn't a real person there. It was all over the kiosks. Then, our door lock on the room was out of batteries and we couldn't get in. After trying 3 different times with a new key every time, and going back to the kiosks guy, explaining again 3 times times what was going on, we finally got assigned a new room. After finally getting into the room, it appeared very nice and clean. With the acception of some updates of the kitchen. Warped and broken countertops, a smoke detector down, just little things that just need a little work. But then when we got back from scarywood and I opened the fridge door, a huge rough came out of nowhere. And then several others. In total between the dead ones in the drawers and the live ones crawling out on the counters and walls we saw 10 different rouches. That's just the ones we saw. We ended up checking out in the morning and finding a different place to stay. Over all not a good experience while trying to keep a good attitude. Thankfully it didn't take away from our overall trip experience outside of the hotel.

The room was very clean and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Check in kiosk was very difficult. Could not understand the person talking to me on the screen at all. Eventually got through it by guessing what he was trying to say. The siding of both buildings is coming off and the building looks derelict from the outside. Rooms were spartan. No closet or rod or hangers for hanging clothes. Shampoo supplied but no conditioner or lotion. No hair dryer. The kitchen has no pots/pans, dishes, utensils at all. Had to go to a store and buy microwavable bowl to use microwave. There was a drawer missing in the kitchen. Not worth the extra money to get a room with a kitchen. No breakfast served, no coffee maker, Bed was OK but not the most comfortable one I have ever slept on. Internet access OK. Will never stay here again.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. A small fridge would have been nice to have. Mostly concerned about the property and long term guests staying there. It was loud, with screaming children and people walking from one room to another. The walkway was very dirty and at one point there was actually poop right near the room door. If the property was cleaner and felt safer, this would have been a great stay. The room itself was good.

The pool wasn't open either day when we were there, the room was dark, as one light bulb was burned out, and there were only 2 bath towels given for 3 people for 2 days. But the beds were comfortable and my husband enjoyed the TV. Also there was coffee in the morning, but nothing else. I would not recommend the place, except that it was close to the road we were on.

Staff was very nice and friendly. The first room I got had not been cleaned. The next room looked in order but found dirty sheets, hair in shower. Apparently the housekeeping staff not doing their job. The desk clerk was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.
