"This place was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, private, and everything we needed was right there. We did not need to bring anything except, clothes, toiletries, and groceries. They provided linen, towels, and all other supplies. The kitchen is fully stocked, has a wide array of K cups and teas to choose from. The bathroom has TP, tissues, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The place itself is charming, has a front porch with chairs, a big backyard, grill, a small table and chairs...

"Stayed for three days. All liked it. The house has everything for living. There is heating and air conditioning. On the balcony in the morning we drank coffee and listened to the birds singing. There are many of them here. There are beautiful parks with waterfalls nearby. Recommended."

"The loft was amazing! We were in town for a Family Reunion of sorts and this place was perfect for my family. Six adults and two teenagers and we had so much room. Had some family over and still had room! Easy to walk anywhere in downtown Dansville. The host was easy to work with. I cannot recommend this property enough!"

"Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!"

"The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete"
