“Spacious yet cozy with a cabin feel inside. Great location with beautiful hiking trails (caution: very challenging even though labeled moderate). Great for older kids but staircases lack railings so would be unsafe for younger kids. Beautiful house with lovely garden and pool. Good communication with host.”

“Really enjoyed our stay here. The weather happened to be very warm while we were there. The pool full of cold mountain water together with the heat turned into a spa like experience. Would definitely go back. ”

“Paulo, the owner, was very attentive and friendly and gave us wonderful service. We were late for check-in and Paulo greeted us after 11pm with a big smile. He gave us all the information we needed, including tips on Portuguese cuisine. The property consists of an old Portuguese house, from the 1800s. It is charming, clean, and has everything we needed for a good night's sleep.”

“Super freundlicher Empfang....Getränke standen schon gekühlt bereit. Sehr schönes Haus, sehr sauber. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet. Perfektes Bad und sehr bequeme Betten. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Meer. Nur nachts bellen die Hunde Mal ganz gern um die Wette. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal...”

“Un peu loin de la ville. La route est très sinueuse mais la vue est très belle lorsque nous sommes arrivés. La piscine est très pratique avec parasols. Les déjeuners sont complets et copieux avec une super bonne chocolatine à tomber à terre. Service excellent et accueillant. Il n'y a pas d'options de restaurants près de l'hébergement sinon à 10-15 minutes. Par contre, la cuisine est complète et très pratique.”

“Wir wurden herzlich empfangen.Die Lage des Objektes ist einmalig.Wir waren mit dem Auto da und konnten so problemlos Ausflüge planen.Der WLAN - Empfang ist nicht in allen Räumen möglich, so konnte man mal wieder erholsamen Freizeitbeschäftigungen frönen.”

“We really enjoyed the cottage. It had wonderful views, great places to sit outside, relax and enjoy being in the countryside. The property owner was great and even took us to a local winery. It only took about 20 minutes to drive into Coimbra so we had the best of city and country. There also was a great local restaurant for local style food. I would definitely stay there again. ”
