"Very helpful staff. It sounded as if people in the room above us were jumping off the bed. And it was at 1 AM. I called the front desk and they got it taken care of. We’ll be back."

"The staff checking us in was nice and helpful. Our room was really the problem. It had an overwhelming smell of air freshener or cleaner. The carpet was sticky and damp and the air conditioner didn't work well so the room was hot and humid."
