Nestled on the tranquil shores of Point Clear, this quirky renovated boathouse, which was built in the 1920s offers an unparalleled retreat for those seeking solace and serenity by the sea. With its picturesque setting and panoramic views of the shimmering waters, this charming abode promises a blissful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. To make the most of the views the living areas and bedrooms are upstairs, the nautical accents and coastal charm create an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort. The open plan living space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the sea, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of your surroundings from the moment you arrive. On the ground floor, which is below sea level, is where the boats would have been stored and this is now a games room with pool table and darts. There is also a shower room. We had a very pleasant day at Angie’s beach house and would definitely go back The boathouse is quite quirky which we absolutely loved the sunsets in the evening sat in the little balcony absolutely stunning
