The breakfast was everymorning out of good even cofee by 9am suppose yo finish at 10am the pool doesnt open until 12 ilts late and they sais when we arrived from 9 to 9pm at 8pm they were closed.

Staff were not responsive to complaints. TV remote or tv power button in my room was not working, told staff multiple times and nothing was done. Slept with tv on for two nights. Dirty towels on the hallway no one picked them up. Just very bad management.

We checked in early into the room, however we found out that we were checked into a room that we didn’t book. When we went down to speak to the receptionist to let them know that the room didn’t have enough beds for 6 people, we were told we won’t be able to check into the initial room we booked because the room we were checked into would be dirty, so we weren’t moved.
