Poor staff. They will give your room away you paid for. I waited 45 minutes for an agent to go check every room to make sure it was clean. Poor communication between staff. They have limited parking for hotel so you will have to share parking with another establishment. Just park in the garage across the street it’s free on the weekends and holidays. I’m very disappointed with them. Clean room that’s the only decent thing about this place.

I loved the location of the hotel. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the Metro rail. The hotel boasts modern amenities with a courteous helpful staff. The attached restaurant offers 5 Star quality food. The area around the hotel is nice and quiet.

The AC Hotel by Marriott Bethesda Downtown is an excellent place to stay. It’s incredibly convenient to the metro, and it’s new, clean, and quiet.

II liked it the fact that it is clean, spacious, beautiful and well decorated. The only thing I did not like is the parking that is not free for guests. Charging $30/ night for parking at the hotel is too much for me. The parking should be either free or cheaper for the guests. Luckily I found cheaper parking across the street the next day.

It must be the location .. so it’s no surprise that the hotel was situated close to all that we needed! The building .. the lobby .. and the Rooms appeared to be very new and or just renovated! The room decor .. bathroom .. ( oh the amazing bathroom !!! ) all felt first class ! The corridors on each floor had piped in music and an amazing and soothing aroma! On the 18th floor there is fantastic fully equipped Gym / yoga room and spin area .. what a bonus ! Special thanks to the warm hospitality by the front desk staff for making our stay super pleasant !

Excellent brand new property. Basic new room without a carpet that is a plus. Very nice receptionists always trying to help you. 4 stars because the rooms missed the vibe. There are all basic and standards.
