"A warm welcome to our super room in a lovely location opposite the castle. The kitchenette was most welcome as was the espresso machine and rooftop terrace on which to drink it! We appreciated breakfast being arranged for us at the nearby Martinucci café where the coffee and pastry were good. However, it’s a pity the staff there were not more friendly and helpful and less rude; it would have been nice to have been told what the offer was."

We were on the 4th floor which is where the check in desk is located. Our room was right near the desk so we heard the door buzzing often during the day as well as people talking while checking in.
