"My daughter and I stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Banner Elk while taking my son to his new student orientation at Lees-McRae College, and we had a wonderful experience. Sam at the front desk was absolutely amazing—so sweet, welcoming, and accommodating. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and inviting, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept great! After a busy and exciting day on campus, it was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Banner Elk. Thank you, Sam, for your outstanding hospitality!"
