“Overall we liked the hotel. Our room must have been remodeled recently, floor was nice, good craftsmanship in the caulking and drywall. Some of the wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Biggest complaint is that our beds were not comfortable. We had the Lodge room, the beds felt like our feet were higher than our heads, and the log headboard left a big gap for your pillow to fall through, pillows were kind of flat as it was also. “There was no pool,or hot tub as advertised. The dining room for breakfast was permanently closed. There was no ice machine .The carpet in the room was musty.The bathroom smelled like wet dog.The bed and pillows felt wet.Even the toilet paper was damp.The bathroom shower head was spraying out the side.I stayed only 1 night we bought a tent and stayed in that at our friend's house the 2nd night. It was The worst hotel experience of my life.These are the top important things I could say……

“We saw multiple mice during our three-day stay. When we contacted the host, he said this happens and he already knew about it, and there was poison in the kitchen. He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw. The house was also left unlocked for multiple hours before we checked in with keys visible on the counter. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in this property.
