“We saw multiple mice during our three-day stay. When we contacted the host, he said this happens and he already knew about it, and there was poison in the kitchen. He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw. “The first appearance of the exterior makes you think you picked the wrong motel. Sort of a work in progress. But let me tell you, the rooms are very nice. Clean and comfy. One of the best motel beds I've ever slept in. The toilets are low and small especially for taller people with bad knees which is a minus. Make sure you have ID at check in if you made online reservations tho. Owner is accommodating. Even offered to pick up food for us if we ordered it. Kwik trip is right across the street...

“A convenient place to stay for a night on a roadtrip - but no-frills, if you care about those things. It felt very old - no elevator at all - and the LED lighting in the rooms was a little harsher than I'd prefer. But the room was clean, hallways were quiet, staff was lovely and breakfast (including fancy red velvet waffles!) was solid.”
