“Had a big group of 8 and Needed a place to stay for the night while visiting Antigua, it was last minute. From the pics in Expedia it didn’t seem to be the best but it was the only place I could find to accommodate my group. Location was a bit far from Antigua downtown. Once we entered you can see a beautiful Hotel Architecture, Totally worth it. It was one clean room with a bunch of bed aligned, restroom had like 3 toilets 2 showers. It was awesome! Breakfast was decent price and delicious.……

“El hotel es muy hermoso al entrar con sus jardines y la vista al Volcán de agua desde la terraza. Sin embargo el equipo de trabajo desde la entrada y la persona encargada de la cocina en específico, deben mejorar grandemente el servicio al cliente. No hay información ni una palabra de bienvenida al momento del check in, no hay buenas noches al entrar por el lobby. El desayuno es hasta las 11:30am y ya desde las 9am no se vuelve a rellenar, la encargada de la cocina todos los días con mala……

“Would not stay here again. No English speaking staff. No washcloths. No A/C. Room was supposed to come with breakfast daily, no breakfast. The bed was extremely hard. There were no stores in the proximity of hotel. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience. ”

“Lo que me gustó del Hotel fue el Restaurante ahí todo muy bien , el hotel es nuevos, pero se escucha muchos ruidos de las otras habitaciones, incluso cuando la gente pasa por los pasillos no se puede dormir, el día que me quedé a dormir, no habían toallas en la habitación ni para secarse las manos y creo que el precio está muy elevado, sólo le doy dos estrellas”
