“The staff was excellent. We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay.”

“Cuando llegamos no sabían de nuestra reservación. Nos gusto mucho la piscina. La fiesta del viernes estuvo muy alegre con música en vivo. Nuestra habitación con la minirefri nos ayudo mucho para las cosas de nuestra bebita. El desayuno incluido era huevo con frijoles, queso, crema, tortillas y fruta, que no estaba mal, pero al 2do día ya no tenían fruta y si queriamos pedir algo mas no había nada, ni licuados, ni yogurt, algo fresco para ese calor, estoy diciendo algo extra que hubiéramos……

“Llegamos viernes, el sábado por la mañana llegaron otros huéspedes y se sentaron enfrente de mi cabaña, dejaron tirada basura, se habló con el encargado y no se hizo nada, al final prefiero retirarme del hotel e irme, ya no pase la noche del sábado allí, me gustaría un refund de la noche que usé”

“Our room door DID NOT ACTUALLY LOCK. The door handle would appear to lock, but if you simply pushed on the door, the entire door would open. That means anyone could have walked into our room while we were gone, despite us believing the room was securely locked. What made this even worse was the hotel’s response when I complained. Instead of treating this as the serious security problem it was, I was basically told that the lock works as long as you “don’t force the door open.” That is……

“Dice q incluye desayunos y al estar en la propiedad le informan q no los incluye”

“La piscina y la habitación muy bien, pero en el baño no hay jabón ni toalla para secarse las manos. El staff se mantiene en una habitación y hay que estarlos buscando para cualquier atención. Los controles de la TV no funcionan y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación, hay que solicitarlo. Creo que el hotel tiene mucho potencial pero el servicio debe mejorar. Solo hay una persona que hace la limpieza, me parece genial que le den la oportunidad a una persona con capacidades especiales, él si……

“Buen servicio buena comida instalaciones bien cuidadas.... Son pequeños detalles a veces no dependientes del hotel los que bajan puntuación. Otros huéspedes por ejemplo que beben alcohol y hacen buya hasta la madrugada. Pero en cuanto al hotel todo bien. ”

“Overall I had a good time at Cocori. The staff is really friendly and the people around were nice. But don’t expect to much, I had stains on my bed sheet, there have been mice in the dorm, the showers are cold, the Wi-Fi is not really working, the surflessons are kinda overpriced, the curtain of my bed kept falling off and construction work started at 8am”
