Close to all the great attractions, Navajo Bungalows will immediately make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door! The home is newly renovated and the yards are beautifully landscaped and maintained.
This home will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. And there is plenty of onsite parking. The driveway can accommodate 4 cars very comfortably. Both bedrooms have a flat-screen television and french doors that lead you out to a private deck. The master bedroom has a cozy King-Sized bed with beautiful views of Cheyenne Mountain while the Queen bedroom features a great view of the city lights in the evening or the sunrise in the morning. The large bathroom features heated floors, large vanity, and plenty of room for a separate bathtub and walk-in shower.
The kitchen is well equipped with new stainless steel appliances, microwave, Keurig and standard coffee pot, toaster, blender, all the utensils and cookware you would need for a home-cooked meal. Additionally, you will have a good selection of spices and complimentary coffee and tea. Not into cooking? Ivywild Brewery is within walking distance, and this home is only 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.
The utility room offers a full-size washer and dryer. Owner supplies laundry soap, fabric sheets and an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
This home is the perfect getaway for family vacations, friend getaways, business/conference events at The Broadmoor, and other events such as The Fallen Fireman Memorial. Whether you want to stay for 3 nights or 30, we would love to have you! For stays longer than 30 nights, please inquire! Book for 7 nights and receive a 15% discount!

Great dog friendly house

We absolutely loved this house and the location to everything from food to hikes!!! Beautiful, well kept, updated house which is dog friendly with a fenced in back yard! This is our second stay here:))

Great Place!

Great place and location. The home was beautiful and comfortable, but the gem of this place is the backyard and deck with an amazing view. It’s also close to a nice park if you’re traveling with kiddos. Be sure and check out Ivywild School while you’re there too!

We enjoyed the stay very much.

Very nice property, beautifully landscaped, right by a sweet little park. We watched our Grandsons 3 and 5 during parts of the day and they loved everything! Its an older neighborhood but close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Colorado Springs Getaway

The house was just as advertised. Very clean, close to many things and well stocked with water, coffee, creamer, bath soap and toilet paper. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Wonderful!!!!

Adorable Cottage

We had a lovely stay and only 5 minutes from The Broadmoor and area attractions. The kitchen had more food basics then expected. The owners were easy to contact when needed.

Great Mountain stay

The Property was very nice! It was well stocked. It was very comfortable. We loved the yard and spent time on the porch enjoying the outside. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. The host was quick to answer us anytime we had questions. Will definitely try to stay here again when we go to Colorado Springs.

Garden of the Gods weekend..

We brought our two small, older dogs and did some sightseeing, scenic cruising, and great shopping in Manitou Springs. Garden of the Gods is a must see, the trails were perfect for our two dog stroller. The Royal Gorge bridge was amazing. The property was very nice and the landscape is beautiful. We saw a buck the first night in the front yard.

CVMA National Meeting

Our Vrbo property was absolutely gorgeous!!! It was a great value, peaceful and in a great location to everything we needed! If you have motorcycles don't park in the driveway. The gravel base is very soft, use kickstand pads!! The home is gorgeous and has everything you need! We did a dinner party for a few close friends and it was a huge success!!! Thank you so much!!❤️❤️❤️

Wonderfully perfect home

This house is perfect :) great location , so close to so many things we needed more time . Beds are so comfy house has everything you need . Perfect for our dogs who travel with us everywhere . Places we went all dog friendly …garden of gods, seven falls , royal gorge , bishops castle (my fav) seven bridges hike , phantom canyon road (amazing scenic drive ) Bear Creek dog park is just down the road . We ate several places the host recommended all very good plus Wines of Colorado it was our favorite and Colorado Mountain Brewery took our pups to all as well . This is where we will always stay from now on when returning to Colorado Springs . We came from Iowa .

Colorado Springs Oasis

This property was just as described and more. The home itself was updated, beautifully decorated and cozy. Outdoor spaces and landscaping were gorgeous; the owners obviously take pride in the property. Every amenity was thoughtfully considered and supplied. The proximity to places on our itinerary, including Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak was excellent. The app that accompanied the listing helped us choose restaurants and other activities. Hosts were extremely responsive and we are already looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Stay with Gorgeous Landscaping and Ideal Location

We had an incredible stay at this Colorado Springs home! The beautifully landscaped backyard was one of our favorite parts—perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or unwinding with drinks in the evening. Our dog loved it too! The backyard was spacious, secure, and shaded—super dog-friendly and relaxing for everyone.The location truly couldn’t be better. Every major destination was incredibly close. We explored Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and countless hiking trails—all within 30 minutes or less. The longest drive we took was only about 30 minutes, and most places were even closer.An unexpected bonus was being just a 4-minute walk from Ivywild School. It quickly became our go-to spot after morning hikes—for a great lunch, a casual beer, or a nightcap.This place was peaceful, convenient, and full of charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Colorado Springs with easy access to the best spots—and a cozy yard that your pup will love too!

Colorado Springs Trip

Had a great time. House was so cute and had everything we needed. Good central location. Really enjoyed sitting out front in the mornings enjoying the cool morning air and loved the landscaping. Even got an idea for doing in our own backyard at home. Would definitely come back on any future trips to CS.

5 night stay

We were in town for our granddaughter's high school graduation. The location was perfect. My 83 yr old mom was with us along with our dog. The walkin shower and dog friendly were at the top of our list when selecting a property. The Communications with Christy were great. She responded quickly. The property is clean and well maintained. If we need a rental the next time we're in town, I hope this property is available.

Beautiful vacation home

The house and garden are beautifully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and close to all Colorado Springs and the area has to offer. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Perfect for us

The house was perfect for our stay with our 2 dogs. The location couldn’t have been better for us, and the backyard was a huge plus! The views from the house were nice and the neighborhood itself was peaceful. We enjoyed the warm bathroom floors and ease of check in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook while we were there, but also lots of great restaurants and coffee spots close by. We will be back!

Exceeded our expectations

This is a great little house in a convenient area. Everything was very clean. It was a bonus that it was even decorated for Christmas! The property mangers (owners?) responded very quickly to questions. There is a nearby park with play equipment for kids and paths to walk your dog. Our pup really loved the backyard. It was so nice to wake up each morning to a view of the mountains. Highly recommend!
