I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The shower fixtures were old and the sink was extremely slow to drain. The property had an unkept appearance.

The place was clean. But run down and rough in the entry’s and pool area. There were a lot of homeless surrounding the area that made us uncomfortable at times.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would have appreciated a better breakfast or at least the description of continental breakfast in the hotel spec's. I probably would have chosen a different hotel if I knew there wasn't hot breakfast.

There was nothing special or unique about the motel per say. It wasnt dirty, but also didn't shine in cleanliness. It had the essentials (towels, soaps, bed sheets, etc.). It's not bad if you're going to spend a night or 2 for the price in the area. Definitely being pet friendly was a plus as we had 2 dogs with us at the time, which btw you oay a pet fee at the front rather than when you book online.

My family of five would never stay in this place again. I am not sure how this place had a 7 star rating. We were definitely disappointed: -the door in the back did not operate with key card: there was a rock wedged between door to keep open. Anyone could come in at night. We felt unsafe. - It was smelly plus bedding, and towels were damp. -my daughter could not sleep well because of these issues. -As a family memory- it will be known as the worse hotel we have stayed in. Later driving away, my 14 yr old daughter had us all in laughter as she described with vivid expression how she felt staying there- “my sheets were damp and my travel blanket was covering my mouth because of the smell.” She wanted a shower after staying there.

We stayed here because we needed a half way point from where we were to home. It was ok to sleep in. There was a homeless person in the parking lot, shopping carts everywhere, and the bathroom was filthy.

The property was very nice, my only complaint was that the room carpet was very dirty. After taking a shower and walking around the room l stepped on the towel by the tub and noticed black footprints on it. I recommend you always wear your socks when in the room.
