“Staff was incredible, everything else as expected.”

“Wonderful experience, breakfast was great, everyone was nice and we would go back again.”

“When we checked in, there was nobody at the front desk for a while, the chairs look old and dirty, there is no electrical plug near the end table and no coffee maker. ”

“Weekend visit. Had a problem with the TV and were not able to fix it I assume because maintenance wasnt working on the weekend. After a day I was switched to another room. Would have been appropriate to have updates from the front desk as to what was happening and when. No offer of a partial refund. Not what I expect from this chain.”
