Ant traps in the room, the curtains had stains all over them. The bathroom was tiny and hard to move around in. The elevator was inaccessible due to other guests sitting in it according to the front desk clerk, who also refused to do anything about it. He also failed to set up the keycards properly, so after driving around to the different doors, going up the three flights of stairs (because no elevator) we still couldn’t get into our room. Finally we tracked the attendance down to fix the keys, but he still never got the other people out of the elevator. This was a terrible experience after being in the car for 10 hours, would not recommend the Four Points to anyone ever.

I made a reservation for 4 king beds. Get to the hotel to check-in. The front desk person says we don't have anymore king beds available. We have queens rooms. We get to the room there are double bed rooms.
