Hotel was clean & the staff was great. They had good breakfast options. I liked all the amenities and that there was a pub next-door. I found a great spa walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay from arrival to departure. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Hotel was modern and clean. We were able to walk from the hotel to the Columbus Crew game using the Olentangy River Trail. Would absolutely stay there again!

Property was not as advertised- there is no onsite restaurant, there is a restaurant next door that is not associated with the hotel. Had two adjoining rooms both of which had issues with the toilets but maintenance was quick to come and fix. One of rooms door key mechanism broke and we were locked out until it was fixed- then given a hard time when prior keys didn’t still work on it. Parking was a nightmare due to shared parking facility with a restaurant, fitness center, massage place and some offices. Housekeeping came to one room one time on day two of our six day stay- they never went to our second room. Had to go to front desk multiple times for towels, toilet paper and garbage bags and they said housekeeping comes every 3 days. Upon checking out I brought issue up to front desk and was told we had to request it- well why weren’t we told or offered that on one of our multiple visits to the front desk for items. Aside from the location, this hotel isn’t a hotel worth spending $200-300 on a night.
