During our stay, we made a request, as per the new COVID policy, to have our room cleaned and the trash removed. Our request was ignored, and by the time we were leaving, our trash was overflowing, and we had a pile of dirty towels on our bathroom floor. We also ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex because our room was not tended to during our stay. Additionally, although there was a car charging station, it did not function properly and cars that were there were not charging/electric. There was no signage designating this area as a car charging station. Finally, the emergency exit door in the stairwell was found open and, when my husband tried to shut it, it would not latch leaving the area vulnerable and accessible to everyone putting the safety of the guests at risk. We have stayed at Hilton hotels all over the country and have never had an experience like this.
