July 19th, 2024 It started fine. We stayed there so we could walk to the venue, distance was perfect for walking and we only had to take bare minimum, no car keys, nothing but room key and money in pockets. Ok, so we get back to room after concert, room key will not work, we go to office and the extremely rude lady acted like we were such a bother. She said she didn’t have a master key, lied! She made us several keys to try approx 6 times. She then walked off to check a room we could have, WITH a master key. So we get to this room and it was dirty, by this time it was 2:00am and we’re just wore out. Over 2 hours and we can finally lay down. No food, no keys to go get food. So frustrating. Her attitude was awful! We woke about 7 am and went to desk. Luckily someone different was there and he (OMAR JAMES) was very sympathetic and apologetic, super nice! I wish I knew her name, needs lessons on customer service, especially when there’s 2 women with no access to their belongings and/or even a bed to lay on. Omar worked very hard to get us in the room and made sure my refund got issued. Oh…it was my 60th birthday celebration and couldn’t even enjoy a few beers with my bestie and relax after the concert. Never again!! Red Roof needs to teach her a few things!!! Or get rid of her

My room was non smoking but it reeked of cigarettes and smoke. The hall ways were filthy. The phone didn’t work. There was no hair dryer. The tub drained slow. The toilet drained slow and I thought it was gonna over flow onto the floor when u flushed it. The bed was comfortable but I won’t be staying here again

This was filthy. The room was small. I could deal with that. The sink faucet was not attached, the shower faucet leaked and the shower looks like it was last cleaned during the Obama administration. Needless to say we did not use it. We cancelled our second night almost immediately. The floor was sticky . But the worst was the sheets were dirty. I called down for a clean set and the front desk person seemed annoyed. He offered housekeeping in the morning. I was not sleeping on dirty sheets. It was a brown spot. I don't know it was and did not care I wanted clean sheets. They brought us some new sheets. Checked out early in the morning. Never again.

The first room we got assigned was still dirty; the beds hadn't been changed and the trash was still there. When I requested a room change however, the front desk apologized and we immediately got a new satisfactory room. The staff was also very friendly at check out. Wasn't the cleanest or nicest place to stay, but for a couple teenagers on a budget, it was adequate for a few days.

It smelled like an ashtray. The AC was on its last leg. It did seem clean. One night here for a concert was okay. The next night we stayed a couple of miles from campus in a cheaper and nicer place downtown. Only adv is you can walk to campus.

Was on third floor which was cool. Even cooler? An elevator to take me there. Good experience. Was it the Hilton? No. But it was good. Get some donuts in there for breakfast or something. Maybe a $5 voucher for the walkable McDonald’s next door.

To start we had to wait 45 minutes to check in. The line was literally outside and around the corner to check in. We rushed to get ready and go to a concert we were attending. When we got back to go to bed, there were was blood and yellow spots on the top comforter. I called down for them to bring us a clean one and he said, “No you can come down here to get a clean one.” The room and the service was disgusting.
